SOUND BATH Sunday 30th March 2024 at 7.30pm in Logie Coldstone Village Hall. The cost is £10 per person for a sound bath. (If you book a block of 4 then you get 4 sound baths for the price of 3). The sound bath will consist of guided breathing meditations and immersive sound baths. The sessions will give you an hour of dedicated "you time" and will help to enhance your overall wellbeing. BLOCK OF 4 SOUND BATHS COMMENCING 9th March This is a block of 4 sound baths that will take place in Logie Coldstone Village Hall on Sundays at 7.30pm. The cost is £30 per person for the block (the cost of 1 session is usually £10, so it is 4 for the price of 3). CHILD AND PARENT/CARER SOUND BATH 3.30pm - 4.30pm Tuesday 22nd October 2024 This is a paired down sound bath for one Parent/Carer and up to 2 Children for the bargain price of £10 for all three. It is suitable for children of around age 7 to 15. The sound bath will consist of a guided breath meditation, visualisation meditation and immersive sound bath for around 40 mins.
